Meet Eliza, the friendly face behind Simply Helping Melbourne North West. Family is a big part of what motivates her, and growing up in a Pacific Islander family, caring for older relatives and supporting family members at home was part of everyday life.

Eliza has worked across disability support and education, including supporting children with additional needs through the Kindergarten Inclusion Support program. She also holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching and is continuing her studies in education.

As a fluent Samoan speaker, Eliza understands that language can sometimes make aged care and the NDIS more difficult to understand. She wants people to feel comfortable asking questions and getting clear information, whatever their background.
