Meet Our Manager
Our friendly manager here at Simply Helping Bayside Peninsula is Sylvia. With a bubbly outlook and a passion to help others, Sylvia is a people person. Previously, she has enjoyed a successful career in the tourism industry, here in Australia and in Germany. Holding positions such as front office manager and personal assistant have helped Sylvia develop exceptional customer service skills.
Understanding that many Australians are without family support and prefer to remain living in their own homes, Sylvia moved into the home care sector in 2013, hoping to make a positive difference. Engaging warmly with people from all walks of life, her kind and compassionate nature reflects on the whole team at Simply Helping Bayside Peninsula. Together, we are all dedicated to completing our duty of care to the best of our ability.
Our Philosophy
Too often we heard of people having to move into residential care facilities unnecessarily. We saw a need for a local provider of high-quality, specialised in-home care services to support people so that they could live independently in their own home – for as long as possible. By offering flexible home care solutions that allow people to have choice and control over their care supports, we aim to prevent early admissions into care facilities.

Being in control of your care services promotes self-governance and helps create a healthy mindset. With our wide range of in-home care services available, you will have the choice, and feel confident knowing that the right supports will be in place to enhance your overall health and complete well-being.

The team at Simply Helping Bayside Peninsula share a common goal to provide person-centred in-home care. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and that we all have different circumstances. Therefore, our in-home care services can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. From aged care services, to babysitting, social support, transport, disability care and more, no matter what your situation, we can help you to continue living safely and independently in your own home.
Our Team
All members of the Simply Helping team are qualified, and have passed all appropriate employment checks to competently carry out their responsibilities. However, this is only one aspect of being a proficient care worker. There is more to providing care than just the checks and balances. We seek out team members who have real-world experience. Carers with experience know the importance of being able to have a good old-fashioned chat whilst lending an understanding ear. Above all, our carers are respectful and offer plenty of encouragement to help you achieve your goals.
Our large and culturally diverse team strive to deliver consistent, high-quality disability and aged care services, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
