Our Philosophy

All too often we heard of people moving unnecessarily into residential care facilities. We recognised a need for a local provider of high-quality in-home care services to support people so they could continue to live in the comfort of their own home – for as long as possible. By offering flexible home care solutions that allow people to have choice and control over their care supports, we aim to prevent early admissions into care facilities.

To do this, we welcome and encourage consumer directed care. Having control over your care services promotes self-governance and helps create a healthy mindset. Our large and culturally diverse team strive to deliver consistent, high-quality disability and aged care services, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

All Simply Helping team members are qualified, background checked, and experienced. However, being a capable and efficient care worker is more than just the training and security checks. We look for team members who have a caring nature and real-world experience. They understand the importance of being able to have a good old-fashioned chat and can lend an empathetic ear. Our care team is respectful and supportive, supporting you to achieve your goals.
