About Us

Meet Mark and Louise, the friendly owners of Simply Helping Central Coast NSW. Several years ago, siblings Mark and Louise recognised the necessity for quality home care services on the Central Coast, after their mother received palliative care at home. This lived experience led to a passion for meeting the needs of their community, caring for as many people as possible through their own home care business.

Both Mark and Louise recognise the significance of exceptional customer service. In her previous role, Louise owned a successful hair salon and retail space where she cultivated a thriving business by providing outstanding customer service and nurturing authentic connections with her clients. Her upbeat and proactive approach left a positive impression on both her team and customers.

Similarly, Mark owned a retail business in Erina and went above and beyond for every customer. Thanks to Mark’s dedication and attention to detail, he was able to expand his business to provide call-out services, delivering timely assistance to his customers wherever they needed it. The skills and values Mark built through his call-out services created a fantastic foundation for the services he now offers as a home care provider.

When Mark and Louise aren’t providing care to their community, they both enjoy an active lifestyle. Mark finds pleasure in mountain bike riding, playing tennis, and exploring the beauty of the Central Coast by boat. Louise is a busy mother of three teenage children but still finds time to play netball, spend time with her two dogs and three cats, visit the beach and enjoy the serenity of nature.

Can I expect the same support worker each visit?

Certainly! We understand that consistency builds trust between our support workers and the people we support. So, we’ll always aim to assign the same support worker wherever possible. If a change in support worker is necessary, we will promptly inform you, ensuring that you are aware of the situation and the reasons behind the change. We’re committed to working closely with you to provide reliable, quality home care services year-round.

Which areas do you service?

Our service area encompasses the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, spanning from Mooney Mooney to the Wyong surrounds, including Gosford, Erina, Wyoming, and more.

Who do you provide services to?

We provide a wide range of home care services to suit people from all walks of life. Whether you’re an older adult who’d like some support to age comfortably at home, or someone with disability looking for support services to complement your lifestyle, we’re here to help. We also provide home care services—like home help or babysitting, for people with busy schedules. Each of our support workers holds a current police check, a valid Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check. We employ a stringent vetting process to ensure all our support workers have the necessary qualifications. No matter who you are, you can feel confident in your care with Simply Helping Central Coast NSW.

How do I know if I qualify for the NDIS?

Generally, to qualify for the NDIS, you must be between the ages of 9 and 65, an Australian citizen, and live with a disability that is considered to be permanent. If you’d like some assistance navigating the NDIS, we’d be happy to help.

I want to change my home care provider. Can you help?
