Respite Care

Our respite care services provide temporary relief to people who are the primary carer of a loved one with disability, chronic illness or other care needs. Can I expect the same support worker each visit?

Certainly! We understand that consistency builds trust between our support workers and the people we support. So, we’ll always aim to assign the same support worker wherever possible. If a change in support worker is necessary, we will promptly inform you, ensuring that you are aware of the situation and the reasons behind the change. We’re committed to working closely with you to provide reliable, quality home care services year-round.

Which areas do you service?

Our service area encompasses the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, spanning from Mooney Mooney to the Wyong surrounds, including Gosford, Erina, Wyoming, and more.

Who do you provide services to?

We provide a wide range of home care services to suit people from all walks of life. Whether you’re an older adult who’d like some support to age comfortably at home, or someone with disability looking for support services to complement your lifestyle, we’re here to help. We also provide home care services—like home help or babysitting, for people with busy schedules. Each of our support workers holds a current police check, a valid Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check. We employ a stringent vetting process to ensure all our support workers have the necessary qualifications. No matter who you are, you can feel confident in your care with Simply Helping Central Coast NSW.

How do I know if I qualify for the NDIS?

Generally, to qualify for the NDIS, you must be between the ages of 9 and 65, an Australian citizen, and live with a disability that is considered to be permanent. If you’d like some assistance navigating the NDIS, we’d be happy to help.

I want to change my home care provider. Can you help?
